The MILTECH 928 is a MIL-STD, fully managed Ethernet switch with 8 individual triple speed (10/100/1000) ports using RJFTV connectors which are RJ-45 Connector packed in MIL-D38999 in to a connector. It is compatible with all the newest industry network protocols for redundant link topology, security, multicast and management requirements. Leveraging best-in-class switching technology from Techaya, the MILTECH 928 serves as a robust COTS solution for providing local area network (LAN) connectivity to IP-enabled computing and net-centric devices in ground vehicle and airborne applications.
Developed specifically for military and harsh avionic applications, the MILTECH 928 features MIL-STD-810F, MIL-STD-461E, MIL-STD-1275B airborne, ground mobile environmental, and EMI/RFI compliance for high reliability. The unit has been especially hardened to improve ingress, impact, and shock/vibration protection, and all moving parts have been eliminated through passive cooling.
